our very own love story
We purchased this property in 2017 with just the small cabin that had been built in the 50’s by the original owners. The cabin is named CharBeth after Charlie and Elizabeth Brugesman. They would come up from New York every summer and work on the cabin. They made a large wrap around deck so people could sleep out side and added a bath for them as well off the deck. Inside the cabin you will find a painting from the original owners.
We wanted to build our dream home and lived in the cabin with our daughter, dog and 2 cats while we created a home with every detail we ever wanted. As we both work in the real estate industry you can imagine we had many creative ideas. We love water falls and fresh water and created a spectacular water feature wrapping around the home with 2 big water falls ending into our pond.
You can ask each family memeber their favorite feature I as the woman of the house love my chefs kitchen with our massive island. However my favorite masterpiece is the primary bedroom bath and closet. I had always wanted a place for my girlfriends and I to come and get ready in.
